Lara Fields, 21, is currently taking on a curatorial internship with the Menil Collection in Houston. Fields is starting her senior year at Bryn Mawr College as an archeology major. Fields works mostly as a researcher as well as organizing visits to the collection. Fields is focusing her research on the Mummy Portrait of a Young Woman which is piece that demonstrates the influence of both Roman artistic values and the parallels between early Christian imagery and the pagan paintings of Egypt.
